Night Baker

We are seeking a skilled Night Baker to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for managing the production of a wide range of baked goods, including donuts, bagels, and muffins. You will take pride in maintaining a beautiful and well-stocked display case, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.

• Bake and Prepare Products: Bake, frost, and fill products in accordance with brand standards, ensuring that they meet our high quality standards.
• Manage Inventory: Manage complete product inventory, documenting daily production and waste to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Dunkin' Donuts quality standards and safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work in a Team Environment: Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on feet for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that products meet our high quality standards.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Cleanliness and Creativity: Strong cleanliness and creativity skills, maintaining a clean and organized work area and contributing to the development of new products and ideas.
• Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Some Baking Experience: Some baking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum Age: Minimum age to apply is 16 years.
• Availability: Ability to work between 9pm and 5am.
