About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions with clients of all ages, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director: Work closely with our Clinical Director to develop and implement program activities that promote optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Meetings: Participate in regular treatment team meetings with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Document Patient Progress: Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and document results in approved platforms.
  • Evaluate Treatment Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, and interventions, and document patient responses.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
  • Active Licensure: Hold active licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Experience Working with Children and Families: Have at least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Empirically Supported Treatment Approaches: Be well-grounded in and knowledgeable about various empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
  • Commitment to Exceptional Client Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
