  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
  • Product Promotion: Cross-sell bank services and products to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, count and reconcile cash, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other banking team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport coin and currency bags (up to 50 pounds).
