  • Trial Preparation and Advocacy: Prepare and handle all aspects of litigation and trial processes, advocating vigorously for the client.
  • Effective Communication: Keep all parties informed, including clients and team members, about case progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Florida Bar Membership: Must be in good standing.
  • Plaintiff Representation Experience: This position is exclusively for candidates with a background in representing plaintiffs.
  • Expertise in Personal Injury Law: A strong foundation in personal injury law and experience in plaintiff representation is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite; familiarity with FileVine is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer service and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • 5-10 Years of experience on the plaintiff's side, with significant trial experience representing plaintiffs.
