About the Role

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and human resources aspects of our office. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative: Supervise front office staff, process mail, answer telephones, and lead day-to-day management of the office.
  • Financial: Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Human Resources: Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and benefits, as well as handle personnel files and confidential matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Five years of general office, accounting, and finance acumen.
  • Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, database management, and Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
