Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with established Respiratory Care Standards, Hospital, and Departmental Policies. You'll work under direct supervision to manage assigned duties, stock supplies, and equipment in the hospital or on your assigned unit, while promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
You'll perform your duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values, which prioritize patient care, compassion, and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or GED and be currently enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. You'll also require a Current Temporary Permit or Temporary Education Permit with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
