Home Health LPN Job Description

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide professional nursing services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. You will also provide skilled nursing interventions, maintain patient contact, and ensure adherence to professional standards. If you have a nursing license, current CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical experience, we invite you to join us.
