Key Responsibilities:- Communicate Treatment Plans: Clearly explain and ensure that patients understand their treatment options, the importance of treatment to their overall health, and the financial options available to them.
- Patient Advocacy: Listen to patients' concerns, provide guidance and support, and apply judgment and practical solutions to address their needs.
- Financial Arrangements: Work with patients to obtain commitment to financial arrangement protocols and ensure that they understand their financial responsibilities.
- Office Flow: Guide patients through the office flow to arrange appointments for follow-up treatment and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Federal, State, and other regulations, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and Company policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED with 4 or more years' experience in a dental office environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with dental terminology, strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Healthcare Practice Management systems, ability to work with mathematical concepts, and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience: Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Sales, or other related degree, and a proven track record of developing highly productive working relationships.
