ROLE OVERVIEW

The Spa Reception Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome for guests while addressing all inquiries. This position requires a thorough understanding of the treatments, products, and services available, including pricing, as well as effective scheduling of appointments to optimize the treatment calendar. We seek a customer service expert who is passionate about hospitality and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, adept at multitasking, and proficient with computer systems and communication via phone and email.
