Intermountain Health is a leading healthcare provider in the region, and we are seeking a qualified Neonatal Emergency Response Team Member to join our team.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise plan of care as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Advanced certification (CCRN, CFRN, CNPT, CEN, or CTRN)
- Three years of Critical Care/Emergency Department or Labor and Delivery experience
Physical Demands:
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately
