We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
- Locate and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that job functions maintain or improve product quality by adhering to established standards and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Experience working with electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints is required.
