Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper Lead to join our team at Ardent Health. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by performing daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Restocking supplies and equipment
  • Emptying trash and recyclables
  • Vacuuming and dusting
  • Disinfecting high-touch areas
  • Assisting with special events and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
