Job Description

The Patrol Supervisor is a key member of our community safety team at Associa. In this role, you will oversee the Property Protection staff assigned to the sites Homeowners Association. Your primary focus will be on implementing the Property Protection program and policies as directed by the Property Manager and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Daily Supervision: Supervise Property Protection staff to ensure they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Program Implementation: Implement the Property Protection program and policies in accordance with the Property Manager and the Board of Directors.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop Property Protection officers on various aspects, including vehicle operation, radio communication, phone use, computer skills, gate operations, familiarity with State and Federal Law, patrol techniques, and Association Rules and Regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of equipment used by officers, including vehicles, radios, surveillance cameras, and computers.
  • Vehicular Traffic Monitoring: Monitor all vehicular traffic, including entry requirements, parking requirements, and towing requirements.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct annual performance evaluations for employees under supervision.
