Job Title: Orthopaedic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures, assisting with patient flow, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic services, including operating imaging equipment, positioning patients, and evaluating radiographs for technical quality.
  • Assist physicians with imaging procedures and maintain patients' x-ray imaging records.
  • Perform clerical duties related to administrative activities of the clinical x-ray area.
  • Assume full responsibility for assigned area and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
  • Schedule vacation time and arrange for coverage to ensure continuity of clinical activity.
  • Pursue ongoing continuing medical education (CME) to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Radiology technologist license in the State of Maryland.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
