- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN license and multistate licensure (if applicable).
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ACLS and/or PALS certification may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
- Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
