About the Role

We are seeking a talented Videographer to join our team at Seasalt, a Cornish fashion company. As a Videographer, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual content that showcases our brand's unique heritage and style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and values.
  • Work closely with our Senior Photography and Video Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of assets.
  • Develop compelling stories for each season, focusing on the right products and assets for all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Social teams to create social-first content that resonates with our audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and tailor our content to reflect the Seasalt brand.
  • Work with our editor to create quick turnaround social assets and support the Lead editor with editing launch videos.
  • Maintain the studio and equipment, following good workflows for logging and naming footage.
  • Ensure all footage is backed up at the end of a shoot.
  • Develop exciting lighting options for studio and location shoots with our Senior Photographers.
  • Attend location recces with the team to plan and prepare for shoots.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of building compelling brand and marketing videos.
  • Experience in launching new products to market via video.
  • Experience in producing short-form social-first content.
  • A good understanding of the social media and digital landscape.
  • Experience of working as part of a team to deliver creative videos.
  • Understanding of lighting setups and audio recording.
  • Editing experience using Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience in colour grading (ideally via DaVinci Resolve).
  • Experience flying drones and (desirable) holding a valid licence.
  • Ability to connect with people, using a range of influence skills to drive results.
  • A passion for the consumer and delivering an amazing experience.
  • An impeccable level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to operate within budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Able to work additional hours and travel away to suit the needs of the business.
