Job Title: Intellectual Property Paralegal

The IP Paralegal will provide professional and administrative support to the organization's Intellectual Property and Legal Departments. This position is hybrid and would require 2-3 days on-site at the headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in an IP Paralegal role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Anaqua, Legal Tracker, and Coresearch (or equivalent software).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to TTI's patent attorneys, including managing electronic files, conducting research, communicating with team members, and generating reports.
• Manage and maintain electronic files relating to trademark procurement, availability investigations, oppositions, and trademark controversies and litigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
• Paralegal Certification.
• 4-6 years of IP Paralegal Experience in a Law Firm and/or Corporate Setting.
