Position Overview

Role Summary: Deliver outstanding support to clients while overseeing the setup of CPAP equipment. Capable of assisting clients with initial fittings and ongoing follow-up requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the setup and instruction of all new CPAP equipment.
  • Provide client education during initial fittings and throughout follow-up communications.
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit for clients. Utilize the mask guarantee program effectively.
  • Possess knowledge in the following areas:
    • Product usage and maintenance
    • Solutions for fitting challenges
    • Rights and responsibilities of patients
    • Services offered by the company
    • Instruction and follow-up for patients
    • All necessary patient documentation
    • Community resources available
  • Assist in educational events for patients and the community.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Experience Requirements:

  • Required: 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical environment

Employment Conditions:

  • Drug screening
  • Ongoing monitoring for exclusions and sanctions
  • Additional eligibility criteria may apply based on the specific role

Compensation: $ per hour

The final compensation will be determined based on various factors including relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
