About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at VitalCaring. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all patient needs are fully addressed.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
  • Documenting care delivery daily in our electronic medical record system
  • Contributing to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Vocational/Practical Nurse License
  • One year of experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
