About The Position

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Officer to join our dynamic team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and oversee a lending portfolio valued at $15-20 million or more, focusing on growth, asset quality, and generating consistent revenue for the institution.
  • Build a lending portfolio with a focus on Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Construction financing.
  • Initiate new loan applications and proficiently evaluate these requests in collaboration with the lending team.
  • Cultivate new lending and deposit business partnerships for the bank.
  • Effectively manage and enhance existing business relationships.
  • While fostering profitable loan relationships, maintain a low delinquency and charge-off rate, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of five to ten years of relevant experience in a similar role.
EDUCATION:

Equivalent to a college degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in computer usage, analytical thinking, communication, and management skills.
  • Experience in analyzing business financial statements and evaluating risk.
  • Fundamental understanding of banking products, lending regulations, and compliance standards.
