We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Pa to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, prescribing medications, and recommending treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and consult with other specialists as needed.
- Adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
- Arrange for patients' diagnostic and therapeutic services.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of patient medical records.
Requirements:
- Advanced Nursing Degree required.
- Experience in specialty area.
- Experience in both clinical and management areas required.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and market services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer, team, and interdepartmental orientation based on CQI principles.
- Current Texas State Advanced Practice Nurse license.
- CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
