PTA Physical Therapist Assistant Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant PTA to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Baltimore Washington. As a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working collaboratively with our therapy department to address each resident's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to residents, working closely with our therapy team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- An active state Physical Therapist Assistant PTA license is required.
- Some SNF experience is preferred.
- This is an 'as needed' position, with no guaranteed hours.
- This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
