Travel Imaging Technologist for Interventional Radiology Unit

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at St Josephs Hospital and Medical Center. As a key member of our interventional radiology unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team in various procedures.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, and tumor treatments.
- Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Prepare patients for procedures, administer contrast agents, and monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and results obtained.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current ARRT (R) certification and AZ license MRTBE-CRT.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology, with a focus on procedures such as GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angio's, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, and blood patch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and stooping.
- Neuro experience preferred but not required.
- Scrub experience preferred.
- Level I trauma experience required.
$85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work Schedule:Day shifts, 8 hours M-F (8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm). Possibly some Saturdays. 10 hour days, 7:30am-6pm, 4 days/week, with varying days off.
