Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time physical therapist with a passion for orthopedics to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at KC Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and conditions, including orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment plans in an outpatient setting
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapy License
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
