Job Title: Building Engineer
Job Overview
We are in search of a Building Engineer who specializes in facility utilities and automation systems. The successful candidate should have a technical qualification (such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or a related field) or a relevant college degree (either 2-year or 4-year). Proficiency in utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is essential, along with experience in data management. Familiarity with Siemens Building Automation Systems (BAS) and SAP software is advantageous. A background in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, particularly with scientific laboratory utilities and equipment, is crucial.
