The Wyngate Senior Living Community of Circleville is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our senior living community, including the growth of our census and the provision of exceptional hospitality, customer service, and dignified healthcare to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the charge in providing our customers with the best in hospitality, customer service, and dignified healthcare in a homelike setting.
- Oversee the overall operations of the facility, including the growth of our census.
- Hire, manage, and develop the facility's leadership team.
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively relate to and communicate with employees, residents, and healthcare professionals alike.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven successful leadership in an organization (preferably in healthcare).
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine love of the senior population.
- Disposition that allows them to effectively relate to and communicate with employees, residents, and healthcare professionals alike.
- A small company with a flat organizational structure, allowing for immediate answers and decision-making.
- Assisted Living environment with low monthly admission rates, enabling staff to get to know residents on a personal level.
- Strong nurse/aide to resident ratios, giving staff time to provide the care they want to give.
- Invisible healthcare, allowing for care to be provided in a non-institutionalized setting.
