Are you a skilled Physical Therapist seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobility Therapist Specialist to join our team in Southwestern Minnesota.

About the Role

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physical therapy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify areas requiring attention and tailoring interventions accordingly
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation within set deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited school of physical therapy
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in a similar setting
  • BLS certification and active state licensure
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
