**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure a great customer experience by modeling and promoting the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
  • Assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.

**Compensation:**

Compensation for this position starts at $12.50/hour or city/local minimum wage as applicable. Store associates are eligible for incentive compensation based on factors including store sales, metrics and trends as well as budgets and/or other variables based on the position and hours worked.
