Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting with the development of policies and procedures related to vascular access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vascular access needs for patients, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Function as a resource to nursing and provider staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to vascular access, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
- BSN preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience with ultrasound IV starts required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse, registered to practice in Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
