Compensation: $33.00 per hour

Work Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2:30 AM
Weekend Availability: Required
On-Call Duties: Possible

Hourly Compensation: $33.00
Shift Differential: $1.50 for shifts from 3 PM to 7:30 PM
Relocation Assistance: Discussed during the interview
State License Reimbursement: Available after 90 days of employment
Service Areas: May cover various settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Prisons, and Home Health Services.

ROLE: Deliver mobile X-Ray and EKG services to healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and other designated locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct and process X-Ray examinations utilizing portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring images are submitted to a Radiologist for analysis.
  • Transport portable X-Ray equipment to various facilities to perform examinations as directed by physicians.
  • Ensure acquisition of clinically diagnostic and technically proficient X-Ray images.
  • Administer EKGs when necessary and relay results to a Cardiologist for evaluation.
  • Daily scanning of exam-related paperwork and billing documents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management teams.
  • Engage professionally and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisory personnel, and clients.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the vehicle and X-Ray equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Radiologic Technologists may need to push or pull weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs. Utilizing vehicle ramps and pulleys can reduce this weight. However, while moving equipment within facilities or homes, the weight may increase, requiring up to 50 lbs of force (or more) to be exerted multiple times throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ARRT Certification: R.T.
  • Maintain all necessary State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, along with health and operational requirements.
  • Possess a valid driver's license in the applicable state, in good standing at all times.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all personnel. Those seeking an exemption must provide appropriate documentation to support their request.
