Respiratory Therapist Clinical Research Coordinator

The Respiratory Therapist Clinical Research Coordinator is a key member of the Breathing Institute team at Children's Hospital Colorado. This role is responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical research studies in pediatric respiratory care, working closely with investigators, treating teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of research protocols.
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the research team to achieve the goals of the studies. Your expertise in respiratory care will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the research data.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct clinical research studies in pediatric respiratory care
- Work closely with investigators, treating teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of research protocols
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Respiratory Therapist
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of research data
- Collaborate with the research team to achieve the goals of the studies
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Respiratory Care
- Four years of experience providing respiratory care
- Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- BLS- American Heart Association for Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer/CPR
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Colorado Respiratory Therapist License
