Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in the Greater Chicago area. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs, while enjoying the flexibility to choose your own shifts and pursue your educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
  • Train nursing staff and supervise them

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Illinois state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational skills
