We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to transform healthcare and serve as a leader of positive change.
Responsibilities- Coordinate total nursing care for patients and provide leadership to the patient care team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
- At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
