Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of the Spencer Gifts team, responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the Store Management Team to maintain a positive and engaging store environment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, signing, and pricing strategies.
  • Support the Store Management Team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Company standards.
  • Provide exceptional Guest Services, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
