Overview

Kettering Health Network is a leading not-for-profit healthcare system comprising numerous medical facilities and outpatient centers dedicated to enhancing the healthcare experience across southwest Ohio. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care at every stage of life, whether through direct patient services, education for future healthcare professionals, or community outreach initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

As an MRI Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Conducting high-quality MRI examinations in a timely manner.
  • Engaging positively with diverse patient populations and their families, providing reassurance to alleviate patient anxiety during procedures.
  • Assisting in various tasks as required and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Being available for on-call duties and holiday shifts as necessary.


Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an ARRT accredited MRI educational program and current MRI registration, or
  • Registration in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, Sonography, or ARRT MRI within one year.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.


Additional Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in MRI.
  • ARRT (MR) certification.
  • Availability for holiday rotation.
  • Shift schedule: Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
