AutoZone Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AutoZone Order Puller to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum productivity, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company procedures.
About the Role
- Ensure timely completion of store tasks during assigned shifts
- Maintain Hub appearance and merchandising standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment
- Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Review hard parts and feeder area conditions for potential safety concerns
- Process and verify orders for accuracy and efficiency
- Restock returns from stores in a timely manner
- Meet quality control accuracy and fill rate goals (99.0% target)
- Utilize ZNET to assist customers with merchandise location or alternatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts necessary
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- Flexible schedule required, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
