Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and complex care to patients in accordance with their treatment plans, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the patient's physical, psychosocial, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in unit-specific competencies and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, quality care, and efficient patient flow.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic medical records and other documentation tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical skills.
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact required.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Work Schedule

Full-time position with a TBD work schedule.
