Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Angiocardiography Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Angiocardiography department. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ critical thinking to integrate objective data with knowledge gained from patient assessments.
  • Apply evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Continuously evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience as an RN in ICU, Cath Lab, ED, or Radiology.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
  • Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
  • NIH Stroke-AM Stroke ASC training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience as an RN in Angiocardiography.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Certification in Specialty Area.
