About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct coaching and mentoring of store managers and crew members to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and execute store visits using our store planning tool to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to store managers and crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze key financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present executive presentations to communicate key business insights and results to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the retail or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers and crew members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
