Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cynet Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work in an acute care setting, providing evaluation, treatment, and education to patients with a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care occupational therapy and a current Occupational Therapy License in the State of Missouri.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement occupational therapy evaluation and treatment programs under a physician's directive.
  • Develop treatment plans based on the patient's physical, developmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Provide advisory services to other team members to ensure quality patient care.
  • Function under the direct supervision of the Director and Assistant Director.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Cover weekend hours as required by the facility.
  • Demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities.
  • Ability to handle physical demands including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy License in the State of Missouri.
  • CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care occupational therapy.
  • Flexible, team-oriented personality.
