Serves as a patient advocate and facility support specialist by performing a variety of duties that support patients, staff, and the facility. These duties include visitor information, receptionist, patient transport, messenger, and clerical assistance. The ideal candidate will follow the policies and procedures of the facility and possess strong communication skills, self-motivation, and physical and mental stamina.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates competency in patient advocacy and facility support.
- Provides excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Assists with patient transport, messenger, and clerical duties as needed.
- Follows facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
