Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, located in Laramie, WY, is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

**Compensation:** $37.47-$40 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with a physical therapist to develop and implement individualized programs of physical therapy, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Design and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments and participation by significant others when appropriate.
  • Conduct therapy within defined standards of care.
  • Direct support staff to achieve patients' functional goals.
  • Communicate effectively with professional and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prescriptions.
