Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time position. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Communicate with students, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and progress monitoring
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
