Job Title: Retail Sales Keyholder

At The Spice & Tea Exchange, we're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Field questions and provide product information to customers.
  • Maintain merchandise and product inventory levels throughout the store.
  • Help maintain store appearance by contributing to daily routines.
  • Assess store inventory levels and notify management of replenishment requirements.
  • Price merchandise with labels, SKU's, prices, and locations.
  • Maintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge to promote products effectively.
  • Comply with operating standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the team effort and embody the Disney keys of Inclusion, Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail lead experience.
  • An engaging personality with proven customer focus and all-star customer service skills.
  • Ability to mentor, encourage, and support sales associates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Precision in counting and cash handling.
  • Ability to utilize simple math skills to measure ingredients, read a scale, and follow recipes.
  • Interest and ability to share knowledge of our many product varieties.
  • Ability to pivot and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player.
  • Ability to work a consistent and reliable schedule.
