Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role offers flexible scheduling options ranging from PRN to full-time.

• Plan, deliver, and coordinate comprehensive patient care in line with established clinic protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to uphold high standards of physical therapy practice.
• Utilize independent judgment to oversee the services provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians.
• Engage in staff and student orientation and assume Clinic Director responsibilities when necessary.
• Deliver quality patient assessments and care in a safe and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to enhance the care experience.
• Evaluate educational needs of patients and their support systems to optimize care outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical techniques and procedures relevant to the patient populations served.
• Identify safety risks and implement necessary precautions.
• Exhibit leadership skills in delegating tasks and mentoring staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
• Optimize patient scheduling to meet efficiency benchmarks.
• Travel to various local clinics as required.

Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and hold a current license in accordance with state regulations.
