Developmental Instructor

About the Role:

Link Associates is seeking a Developmental Instructor - Support Professional to join their team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and care to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Provide individualized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them with daily tasks and activities.
  
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
  
• Facilitate community integration by accompanying individuals to appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
