Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agroforestry Specialist to join our team at Canopy Farm Management. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining perennial agroecological systems.

About the Role
As an Agroforestry Specialist, you will work closely with our team to design and implement comprehensive solutions for farmers and landowners in the Midwest. Your primary responsibilities will include driving company trucks and trailers, operating tractors and various implements, data collection, and troubleshooting equipment. You will also have the opportunity to assume leadership responsibilities on a rotating basis by leading other field crew members and assistants.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school degree or equivalent job experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. You must also be able to lift 50 pounds and work outside in challenging conditions for long hours. A commitment to participating in an open and collaborative environment and a willingness to work independently with strong self-direction are also essential.

Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, we offer health insurance via a QSEHRA reimbursement plan, a non-elective company 401(k) plan with values-aligned investment options, and paid time off.
