CUSTOMER INTERACTION:

Engage proactively with customers, inquire about their preferences, listen attentively to their needs, guide them to appropriate merchandise, and keep them informed about promotions and events.

Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive and respectful relationships, taking responsibility for your actions and their outcomes.

STORE MAINTENANCE:
Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.

SALES STRATEGY:

Recommend additional products, suggest alternatives based on customer requirements, and utilize a Point-of-Sales system for transaction processing.


INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate labeling of merchandise.

RELIABILITY:

REQUIREMENTS:

PRODUCT FAMILIARITY:
Basic understanding of the products and services offered.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

COMMUNICATION ABILITIES:

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interpreting instructions and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.


MATH SKILLS:
Competence in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
Ability to multitask, collaborate within a team, and take initiative when necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role involves continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. It may also require occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing. Vision capabilities include close vision and depth perception. The position may involve lifting items weighing between 25 to 50 lbs.
