**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and various skills assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
* Design and develop individualized behavior programs to promote positive behavior change
* Ensure adherence to company therapeutic standards of excellence and maintain accurate records
* Develop electronic data collection measures for all levels of treatment programs
* Monitor client progress, conduct data decision analysis, and update/revise treatment plans as needed
* Provide caregiver education and support to promote a collaborative treatment approach
* Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule and provide appropriate case supervision
* Respond to needs of clients, caregivers, and team members in a supportive and timely manner
* Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including caregivers, educational team members, medical treatment professionals, clients, and funding sources

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree with a Medicaid-approved course sequence and pursuing BCBA certification
* One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
* Ability to pass a criminal background check, Recipient Rights background check, and other required checks
* Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance
* Reliable access to email and phone contact

**Preferred Education & Credentials:**

* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis via Medicaid-approved course sequence
* In-progress or completed BACB Fieldwork experience
* QBHP credential within Medicaid guidelines
