About the Role

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Services: Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services to patients.
  • Lead Team and Champion Programs: Lead team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service. Champion Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
  • Develop and Follow Up on Long Term Care Business: Develop and follow up on long term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
  • Identify and Communicate Opportunities: Identify long term care and specialty business and communicate opportunities with marketers.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy License: Must have or be willing to obtain Minnesota Licensure.
  • Education and Certification: A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization and CPR Certification: Current Immunization Certification and Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number: NPI Number.
